Ingredients:
- Mutton Boneless - 250 Grams
- Onion - 1 No (Medium, Juliennes)
- Tomato - 1 No. (Medium Chopped)
- Whole Black Pepper - 1 Tbsp (Heaped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Whole Garam Masala - (Cinnamon / Cloves )
- Fennel Seeds (Saunf) - 1 Tsp
- Green Chilli - 1 No.
- Oil - 5 Tbsp (Heaped)
- Salt - as per Taste

Ingredients:
- Lamb Paaya - 1 Full Set
- Onion - 2 No (Medium, Roughly Chopped)
- Tomato - 2 Nos. (Chopped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- Whole Masala - ( Bay Leaf - 1 No. / Cinnamon - 2 Nos. / Clove - 4 Nos.)
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Coconut Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Cashew Nuts - 4-5 Nos. (Grounded to a paste)
- Khus Khus Paste - 1/2 Tbsp
- Green Chilli - 3 Nos.
- Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Pudina Leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Oil - 1/2 Cup
- Salt - as per Taste

Ingredients:
- Mutton Kheema (Mincemeat) - 100 Grams
- Potato - 1 No
- Peas (Matar) -10 to 20 Grams
- Onion - 1 No. (Large, Finely Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 No. (Finely Chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
- Zeera Powder - 1 Tsp
- Oil - 5 Tbsp
- Salt - as per Taste
- Coriander Leaves (Optional) - Some
Hyderabadi Mutton Daalcha
Serves:
4 Persons
Ingredients:
- Mutton with Bone - 200 Grams
- Kaddu (White Pumpkin) - 100 Grams
- Brinjal - 3 nos
- Potato - 1 no
- Carrot (Optional) - 1 no
- Onion (Medium size) - 2 nos.
- Tomato (Medium size)- 2 nos.
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Tbsp
- Tuar Dal (Arhar Dal) - 1 Cup
- Chana Dal - ¼ Cup
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - ¼ Tsp
- Dhania Powder - ½ Tbsp
- Whole Garam Masala (Clove, Cinnamon) - 2 nos each
- Green Chilli - 4 nos
- Coriander - ¼ Cup
- Oil - ½ Cup
- Tamarind (imli) Pulp - 3 Tbsp
Serves:
4 People
Ingredients:
- Mutton Chops - 500 gms
- Egg - 1 no
- Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1-1/2 Tsp (or to taste)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
- Salt - as per Taste
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Oil - As required for Deep Frying
Method :
- Wash the Mutton Chops Well and strain the water.
- Mix all ingredients other than Egg + Pepper
- Use a Pressure cooker to cook the mixture with the Chops.
- Cook until the cooker releases 4 whistles.
- If there is some water left in the cooker, then cook until all the water dries up.
- In a separate bowl mix Egg with Salt + Pepper and mix well.
- Dip the cooked mutton chops in the Egg mix and Deep fry till golden brown in color.
- Serve

Ingredients:
- Broken Wheat - 500 gms
- Beef (Preferred) / Mutton / Chicken - 1000 gms
- Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
- Chana Dal - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 8 - 12 nos.
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp (or to taste)
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Shahi Jeera - 1 Tsp
- Kabab Cheeni - 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Coriander - for Garnishing
- Mint - for Garnishing
- Green Chillies - 7-8 nos.
- Oil - 1 Cup
Method :
- Soak the wheat and Dals overnight in water.
- In a cooker fry the onions in oil till slightly brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder garam masala powder, curd, green chillies and sautee till the oil separates.
- Add the meat and cook for some more time.
- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves, close the cooker and let the meat cook.
- Take a big vessel half filled with water and boil add the soaked wheat and cook till the wheat is partially cooked.
- Add salt to taste and keep aside.
- In a grinder add both the dals and the cooked meat.
- Let it grind well, add the partially cooked wheat and let everything blend well in the grinder.
- Remove the paste from the grinder into a vessel, keep stirring till the raw smell goes away.
- Add kabab chini powder, pepper powder.
- While serving, garnish with coriander, fried onions and lemon pieces.
