Kheema Aloo Matar


Kheema Aloo Matar
Serves:
       2 Persons


Ingredients:
  1. Mutton Kheema (Mincemeat)  - 100 Grams 
  2. Potato - 1 No
  3. Peas (Matar) -10 to 20 Grams
  4. Onion - 1 No. (Large, Finely Chopped) 
  5. Tomato - 1 No. (Finely Chopped)
  6. Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
  10. Zeera Powder - 1 Tsp
  11. Oil - 5 Tbsp
  12. Salt - as per Taste 
  13. Coriander Leaves (Optional) - Some



Method:
  1. In a pressure cooker put oil, add onions and fry until brown.
  2. Add the Ginger Garlic Paste and saute for a while
  3. Add Chopped Tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder, garam masala and salt and saute well for some time.
  4. Add Kheema, Potatoes, Peas and Coriander Leaves.
  5. Add 1 cup of Water for cooking.
  6. Pressure cook for upto 4 to 5 whistles.
Serve with Rotis or Khichdi
