Ingredients:
- Mutton Kheema (Mincemeat) - 100 Grams
- Potato - 1 No
- Peas (Matar) -10 to 20 Grams
- Onion - 1 No. (Large, Finely Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 No. (Finely Chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
- Zeera Powder - 1 Tsp
- Oil - 5 Tbsp
- Salt - as per Taste
- Coriander Leaves (Optional) - Some
Method:
- In a pressure cooker put oil, add onions and fry until brown.
- Add the Ginger Garlic Paste and saute for a while
- Add Chopped Tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder, garam masala and salt and saute well for some time.
- Add Kheema, Potatoes, Peas and Coriander Leaves.
- Add 1 cup of Water for cooking.
- Pressure cook for upto 4 to 5 whistles.
Serve with Rotis or Khichdi
