Mutton Pepper Masala


Mutton Pepper Masala
Serves:
       2 Persons

Ingredients:
  1. Mutton Boneless - 250 Grams 
  2. Onion - 1 No (Medium, Juliennes)
  3. Tomato - 1 No. (Medium Chopped)
  4. Whole Black Pepper - 1 Tbsp (Heaped)
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
  7. Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
  8. Whole Garam Masala - (Cinnamon / Cloves )
  9. Fennel Seeds (Saunf) - 1 Tsp
  10. Green Chilli - 1 No.
  11. Oil - 5 Tbsp (Heaped)
  12. Salt - as per Taste 



Method:
  1. Grind Whole Black Pepper, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Fennel Seeds, Garam Masala, into a fine paste and add to it Ginger Garlic Paste. Marinate the Mutton in this mixture for 30 Minutes.
  2. In a pressure cooker put oil, add onions, fry till light brown. 
  3. Then add Tomato pieces and mix well. 
  4. Now, add the marinated Mutton along with the remaining spices and keep frying on Medium Heat.
  5. Add 1 cup of Water and pressure cook.
  6. Dry the remaining water in the mutton if any.
Serve with Rotis or Rice.
