Ingredients:
- Mutton Boneless - 250 Grams
- Onion - 1 No (Medium, Juliennes)
- Tomato - 1 No. (Medium Chopped)
- Whole Black Pepper - 1 Tbsp (Heaped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Whole Garam Masala - (Cinnamon / Cloves )
- Fennel Seeds (Saunf) - 1 Tsp
- Green Chilli - 1 No.
- Oil - 5 Tbsp (Heaped)
- Salt - as per Taste
Method:
- Grind Whole Black Pepper, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Fennel Seeds, Garam Masala, into a fine paste and add to it Ginger Garlic Paste. Marinate the Mutton in this mixture for 30 Minutes.
- In a pressure cooker put oil, add onions, fry till light brown.
- Then add Tomato pieces and mix well.
- Now, add the marinated Mutton along with the remaining spices and keep frying on Medium Heat.
- Add 1 cup of Water and pressure cook.
- Dry the remaining water in the mutton if any.
Serve with Rotis or Rice.
