Ingredients:
- Eggs - 5 Nos.
- Milk - ½ Cup
- Sugar - ¾ Cup
- Khowa (Khoa) - 2 Tbsp
- Milk Maid (Optional) - 2 Tbsp
- Saffron Strands (Optional) - a few
- Sugar - 3 Tbsp (for Caramel)
Method:
- Caramelization of Sugar
- Take the 3 Tbsp Sugar in a Round Pudding Bowl for Caramelizing.
- Place the bowl on the stove and put it on medium flame and stir till the sugar melts and turns into brown color.
- Remove the Bowl from the stove and Spread the Caramel all over the bowl.
- Keep the bowl aside for later.
- Add all ingredients in a Mixer and run the mixer for a few second
- Now, Sieve the Mixture so that you get a Smooth & Creamy Pudding.
- Pour the Pudding into the bowl of Caramel & Microwave it for ½ hour (or if microwave is unavailable then we can use an idly cooker to steam the pudding for 45 minutes).
- When it is done, let it cool to room temperature.
- Invert the contents of the bowl onto a serving plate.
- Caramel Egg Pudding is Ready to serve.
