Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 Kg (Big Pieces)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Tandoori Powder - 2 Tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Thick Curd - 2 Tbsp
- Red Food Colour - 1/2 Tsp
- Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Salt - As per Taste
- Chaat Masala - To Sprinkle (Optional)
- Onion / Carrot / Cucumber / Lettuce / Other - for Garnishing (as required / Optional)
- Mayonnaise / Any Other Sauce - (Optional)
- Marinate the Chicken (Method):
- Wash the Chicken pieces, Strain and Keep aside.
- In a Separate Bowl add all ingredients except Chaat Masala and the Veggies and make a paste.
- Now apply the paste to the Chicken such that it covers the chicken fully.
- Leave the Chicken for at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Now, Grill the Chicken in an Oven Rack till well done.
- Alternately you can use a Grill Rack and Roast the Chicken pieces on a Gas Stove, till well done.
- Now sprinkle the Chaat Masala
- Use the Veggies to Garnish
