Aloo ka Parantha (Aloo Roti)


      


Serves:
       2 Persons

Ingredients:
  1. Potatoes - 2 Medium Sized (Boiled + Mashed)
  2. Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
  3. Onion - 1 no. (finely Chopped)
  4. Green Chilli - 1 no. (finely Chopped)
  5. Coriander Leaves - a few (finely Chopped)
  6. Red  Chilli Powder - ½ Tsp
  7. Roasted Jeera Powder - ½ Tsp
  8. Chaat Masala - ½ Tsp
  9. Salt  - As per Taste
  10. Cooking Oil - 1 Tbsp
  11. Butter (Optional) - 1 Tbsp


Method:



  1. Put the Flour, Salt & Oil in a bowl and knead it into a dough.
  2. In a separate bowl add the mashed potatoes with the other remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well for the filling.
  4. Make a ball of dough & Stuff a little quantity (as required) of  filling in it.
  5. Now, Gently roll the dough into a roti using a rolling pin.
  6. Cook the Roti on a tawa.
  7. Serve with a liberal dose of butter smeared on the rotis.
  8. Aloo ka Parantha is ready.
