Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 Medium Sized (Boiled + Mashed)
- Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
- Onion - 1 no. (finely Chopped)
- Green Chilli - 1 no. (finely Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves - a few (finely Chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder - ½ Tsp
- Roasted Jeera Powder - ½ Tsp
- Chaat Masala - ½ Tsp
- Salt - As per Taste
- Cooking Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Butter (Optional) - 1 Tbsp
Method:
- Put the Flour, Salt & Oil in a bowl and knead it into a dough.
- In a separate bowl add the mashed potatoes with the other remaining ingredients.
- Mix well for the filling.
- Make a ball of dough & Stuff a little quantity (as required) of filling in it.
- Now, Gently roll the dough into a roti using a rolling pin.
- Cook the Roti on a tawa.
- Serve with a liberal dose of butter smeared on the rotis.
- Aloo ka Parantha is ready.
