Ingredients:
- Mutton - 200 Grams (Medium Size Pieces with Bone)
- Potato - 2 Nos.
- Onion - 2 Nos. (Medium, Finely Chopped)
- Tomato - 2 No. (Roughly Chopped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tbsp
- Dhania / Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Coriander & Pudina Leaves - 1 Cup
- Green Chilli - 2 Nos.
- Curd - 1 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
- Ground Coconut Paste - 2 Tbsp
- Salt - As per Taste
- Oil - 1/2 Cup
Method:
- In a Pressure Cooker put oil, add Onions and Saute till light brown.
- Add Tomato & Ginger Garlic Paste, Mix well. Add the mutton .
- Add other Dry Spices one by one Saute well on Medium flame.
- Add Curd & Potato along with Coconut Paste, lemon juice & mix well. Saute till oil seen on top.
- Now add Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Pudina & Salt.
- Pressure cook for 10 minutes on Medium Flame.
Serve with Rotis or Rice
